RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY — MYLYVEA

1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return. After this period, no refund or exchange can be granted.

To be accepted, the returned item must be:
— In its original condition, unused
— In its original intact packaging
— Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
— Gift cards
— Downloadable software
— Certain health and personal care products

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
— Item returned in an incomplete, damaged or missing parts condition, for a reason not attributable to Mylyvea
— Item returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will automatically be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Refund not received?

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
1. Check your bank statement
2. Contact your bank — processing time is often required before the refund appears

4. SALE ITEMS

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.

5. EXCHANGES

We only process exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange your item for this reason, please contact us at contact@mylyvea.com.

6. GIFTS
────────────────────────────────────────

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to your address, you will receive a gift voucher to the value of the returned item. This voucher will be sent to you by post once the return has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was first sent to the buyer, the refund will be issued directly to that person.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, these costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

For any item valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your parcel. Mylyvea cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item without proof of postage.
